For the beta waitlist service, Ocean MAP collects the following:

3. Retention & Storage Period
- Waitlist data: Retained up to 1 year after the official launch, then immediately deleted
- If consent is withdrawn: Deleted within 30 days of request
- Statutory retention obligations: Stored for the period required by applicable law
4. Sharing with Third Parties
Ocean MAP does not share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law, or when investigative authorities request such information following legally-defined procedures

- Access control: Row Level Security (RLS) on the database, principle of least privilege
